We currently ship orders within New Zealand.

New Zealand Delivery

• Standard shipping: $9.99

• Free shipping on orders over $100

• Orders are sent via tracked courier.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

• Please allow approximately 1 to 5 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, weekends, public holidays or courier delays.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@littlesunday.co.nz with your order number and we’ll help track it down.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us rather than contacting the courier directly. As the retailer arranging delivery, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Important

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

Our shipping policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
